From the very beginning of her career, Kari Boatner has been providing her clients with "hair stroke" eyebrows as well as powder filled and ombre' brows. A comprehensive consultation is necessary to review the clients lifestyle, hair color, skin tone, facial structure, natural hair growth pattern, potential future facial cosmetic surgeries, & other makeup preferences to determine the shape, color, and application of the each custom designed and applied eyebrow procedure.
Careful measurements are taken throughout the drawing session to ensure symmetry and a color is chosen that compliments your skin tone & hair color. It is only after the clients approval that a photo is taken and the procedure begins.
This procedure is not only popular for women but it's fast becoming popular with men who want to look their best as well.
How do you want your eyeliner to look for the 95% of your life? This is a very important thing to consider. If your lifestyle is that of someone who is primarily casual, then you don't want your permanent eyeliner to look like you're going to a formal event. How do you want your eyeliner to look when you first wake up, when you just get out of the shower, when you're at the gym or enjoying the great outdoors? Perhaps you are are always made up when you leave your house? Whichever situation you find most fits your lifestyle, we can custom design an eyeliner that not only fits your lifestyle, but one that is the most complimentary to your eye shape while creating the most refreshed, clean appearance.
Do you feel like your lips are getting smaller as you "mature?" Are your lips losing that plump appearance? Has your natural pigment faded from years of sun exposure, skin care products, or from scarring from fever blisters or any other form of trauma? Regardless, permanent color added to your lips can create a more inviting, youthful appearance to your look. If your vermillion border has faded, your lips will appear smaller, even if you get fillers added to your lips; it's the defined shape that makes the fullness evident.
The lips are drawn to recognize and appreciate your full lip potential. Using different colors, we can create a more full, rounded, protruding lip. Each lip procedure is drawn on first and approved by each client.
Whether someone has suffered trauma or the scar is the result of a well-planned surgery, scar camouflaging with flesh-toned pigments is a resource to help minimize the appearance of the visible signs of tissue damage.
Many people who undergo cosmetic surgeries are looking to gain confidence in their appearance but are often left with scarring from the surgery; either poor closure or just the way your body heals.
Surviving all that's involved with breast cancer is a tremendous victory. Once treatments are completed and reconstruction has taken place, if the areola has been removed, the final touches involve pigmenting the areola complex. In some cases, a nipple has been recreated, but in many, it's not. If the later is the case, the illusion of protrusion can be gained using multiple colors to create the appearance of a protruding nipple. This final step helps to give women (& men) back what has been taken away.
Not only for breast cancer survivors, but an increasing number of women are seeking pigment on their areola complex because the color of their areaola has faded over time, or because they have had breast augmentation that has left them with a scar surrounding the areola, in which case, pigment is chosen to most closely match what is already evident.
